An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bank Coordinator to join the West London out of hours (OOH) service.
This is an out of hours service which runs between 18:00pm to 08:00am Monday to Thursday and from 18:00pm on Friday through to 08:00am on Monday. We are especially seeking individuals who are looking to work weekends and overnights.
Within this job you will be responsible for:
Your main purpose and responsibilities being a Co-ordinator with Practice Plus Group will be to actively co-ordinate and supervise the efficient operation of the Practice Plus Group call centre during Out of Hours. Ensuring all our operational and clinical staff i.e. nurses, drivers, doctors and primary care receptionists are at their designated sites ready to deliver a robust service to patients. You will monitor the call volumes and to proactively instigate escalation procedures and dispatch patient calls efficiently to the visiting cars monitoring and recording all data. Ensuring that any appropriate calls are entered correctly on Adastra whilst also monitor the shared NHS in-box and action emails received.
West London OOH
Practice Plus Group currently delivers an Out of Hours (OOH) Service in West London, Southall. The OOH service is an appointment based service that is accessed via the national NHS 111 service. Patients are assessed via the 111 team and if it’s clinically appropriate, they will get referred on to our OOH service.
The “Out of Hours” period is deemed as being after 18.30pm to 08.00am the following morning on weekdays, and all day Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Monday to Friday (00:00 - 07:59) - £13.80 per hour
Weekends (08:00 - 23:59) - £13.02 per hour
Weekends (00:00 – 07:59) - £15.50 per hour
