Here at Practice Plus Group we have a seven person legal team comprising the General Counsel; the Regulatory Team (four); Claims Handling Team (two) and Assistant Company Secretary, offering you support from experienced lawyers and clear opportunities for future progression.
About the Role
You’ll be joining Practice Plus Group at an exciting time in our corporate development. With our new brand comes fresh opportunities; managed by private equity we are a highly commercial organisation. We’re entering a new phase of expansion, acquisition and ambition.
As our Inquests Solicitor you will have opportunity to work across a number of disciplines and provide advice to varying levels of stakeholders ranging from front line colleagues to directors. You will be working on your own caseload as well as with other members of the legal team. Experience of or a desire to conduct your own advocacy at inquest is essential.
You will also assist in managing relationships with our external panel of legal firms, instructing them as required.
You are likely looking for your first move following over 2 years post qualifying experience gained either in-house or in private practice.
Your experience or knowledge of the healthcare or prison sectors as well as information governance law would be helpful although not a requirement – the team you’ll be joining are experts and will gladly share their knowledge.
