Job Summary

Are you a Paralegal or Legal Advisor looking for a new challenge? As the largest independent provider of NHS services we are seeking a Solicitor to join our legal team. Here at Practice Plus Group we have a seven person legal team comprising the General Counsel; the Regulatory Team (four); Claims Handling Team (two) and Assistant Company Secretary, offering you support from experienced lawyers and clear opportunities for future progression.

About the Role

As one of our Paralegal/Legal Advisors you will provide legal and administrative support to the Legal/Company Secretarial team, primarily with inquests but including any in-house legal work as required. You will also assist the Head Of Regulatory and the solicitors in the team with the management and conduct of inquests.

Your experience or knowledge of the healthcare or prison sectors would be helpful although not a requirement – the team you’ll be joining are experts and will gladly share their knowledge. Experience in the use of case management systems and drafting of witness statements/reports is essential.
