About the role
As Head of Nursing and Governance for Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, Portsmouth St Mary’s, you will lead, direct and motivate the clinical team as well as support our experienced Service Director, Penny, in the day to day running, management and development of the national ophthalmology service.
You will be an NMC Registered Nurse with extensive experience of general clinical management experience in a multi-site role. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of patient centred healthcare, working as part of a multi-professional team while taking overall clinical responsibility for all clinical staff.
