We are currently sourcing for a full time Applications Specialist to join our Business Systems team, based out of our Central Services office in Reading. This is a fixed term contract, for approximately 18 months.

You will be required to confidently manage a portfolio of business applications, both clinical and administrative. This will require supplier liaison, as well as working with the Secondary Care Technical Manager and the wider IT teams. In particular you will be expected to provide 1st line support in a “prime contractor” role – establishing end-to-end operation and investigating, isolating and documenting any failures.
To excel in the role you will require an understanding of Computer Networking and Security, be a Power User of Microsoft Office products and have the ability to work cooperatively within a multi disciplinary team. It will also be of benefit if you have working experience of both Maxims and Proxima. You will also be required to be an excellent communicator and presenter.Working at Practice Plus Group
