Job Summary

We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Lead to join our professional, friendly and highly skilled team. As part of our small dedicated team you will do everything you can to ensure the patient’s treatment is of the highest standard.

Practice Plus Group is offering a unique opportunity for a driven Nurse and natural leader to join the team at their surgical centre in Devizes. This is a new role that will allow you to make a real difference to the day-to-day running of the services.

Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.

About the Role

We are looking for a clinical leader who can further enhance our thriving team, supporting our General Manager and Heads of Service to continually improve standards, develop services and manage change.

You will function as a clinical practitioner within the Outpatient, Pre-assessment, Theatre and Recovery services and will be responsible for the delivery of patient care, managing and organising work load on a daily basis across the range of services.

You will provide safe and effective clinical care, working closely with all disciplines, to ensure the promotion of high standards for patients during all aspects of the preoperative, peri-operative and postoperative pathway.
