Receive an annual salary of up to £58,500 - dependent on experience, + 10% Performance Related Bonus + £4,000 Car Allowance.

What do we need from you so you can do the job?
As the Head of Healthcare you will be responsible for the pro-active general management of the healthcare establishment, maintaining the strategic direction and delivering the agreed contractual requirements and targets and managing the unit within its financial framework. Maintaining agreed standards of service, and leading, motivating and developing staff. This role also includes responsibility for all aspects of personnel, financial reporting, IM&T and general management of the healthcare establishment and being the CQC Registered Manager.
You will be able to provide evidence of your strong and compassionate leadership ability and have undertaken management training. With experience of working within governance frameworks and of effectively managing teams including HR processes.
HMP Oakwood, is the biggest prison in Europe housing 2106 cat C adults, ran by G4S opening in 2012. The state of the art Healthcare Department allows us to provide the highest standard of care, only achieved by fantastic relationships we have with our stakeholders.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, with an annual salary of up to £58,500 - dependent on experience plus car allowance and performance related bonus.
