About the role...
You will be the Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner for the Mental Health Team and will provide the triage and assessment for initial referrals and interventions to clients. You'll play a key role in providing a duty role for urgent referrals and support senior staff in development plans. You will hold your own caseload of patients and will contribute to the ACCT reviews and assessments when required.
You will either be a Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Social Worker/ Occupational Therapist, or hold membership with BABCP/BACP/ UKCP. You will have a real passion for developing your clinical skills in an ever changing environment. If you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing plenty of initiative when it comes to handling a wide range of situations, then this could be the right role for you!
What can we offer you?
You’ll receive an annual salary of up to £32,000 - depending on experience; free DBS check, free uniform, free mandatory training, indemnity cover, CPD and re-validation support.
Clinical development opportunities in specialist roles of your interest , such as CBT, ANP, BBV, sexual health, ILS/ALS (intermediate life support and advanced life support), health promotion, RCGP and long term condition courses.
