Receive an annual salary of up to £37,890 (pro-rata) depending on experience. What do we need from you so you can do the job?
You will be part of the integrated mental health and learning disability team providing both primary and secondary mental health care using the Stepped Care Model. The focus of the role will be providing assessment for initial referrals and low intensity and self-management interventions to clients with mild to moderate mental health problems.
The prospective candidate will be a registered mental health nurse, an occupational therapist or a social worker with relevant mental health experience. Duties will include both one to one & group work, undertaking primary care assessments, sign posting, giving advice & support and guided self-help. They will be working closely with primary healthcare, substance misuse & prison colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for the service users.
