We're looking for a Regional Substance Misuse Lead to work across all our South West prisons to lead on the implementation of the SMS specification and standardise practice across our sites.

About the role

You will be responsible for the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality care to all SMS patients within the establishments.

About you

You will need to be suitably qualified in SMS practices, with experience of working with and knowledge of delivering care to SMS patients and have the necessary skills to support service development and change.

If you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing plenty of initiative when it comes to handling a wide range of situations, then this could be the right role for you!

In return for your hard work you will...

Receive an annual salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience pro rota, plus car allowance. You'll also get a number of benefits including a company contributory pension scheme, 25 days annual leave plus 8 public bank holidays plus CPD and re-validation support.

More information

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is up to £50,000 - dependent on experience.

Within your region, you will be required to work / visit your sites so flexibility with work location is key. When you are not on site, you will be based from home. The sites for this region are:
