 About the role
 
You will be part of the team responsible for handling macular clinical referrals and bookings within our multi-location North West/National Ophthalmology Service, co-ordinating urgent first appointments and managing on-going regular follow up appointments within critical set timeframes.
The role is broad; from dealing with that first urgent referral requiring a fast track appointment (perhaps needing gentle patient persuasion to attend quickly), as well as ensuring that a clinic can accommodate that patient, to creating efficient clinics in multiple locations, requiring liaison with operational and clinical teams and a thorough understanding of expected patient numbers for each location. Travel across the North West will be required.Working at Practice Plus Group
